1. Definitions

5.1. Delivery of products is available only to locations within the coverage areas of our courier service. Customers in locations outside these coverage areas may be required to collect their products from the Company's offices in Tel Aviv.
5.2. According to our delivery policy, ordered products are expected to be delivered to customers within 3-7 business days from the day after the order is placed. However, delivery dates depend on the external courier service, and therefore our delivery policy does not constitute a commitment. Delivery times may be affected by the geographical distribution and coverage of our courier service providers, especially in remote areas.
5.3. The stated delivery times refer to routine situations. Delays may occur due to changes in the security situation, holidays, or times of heavy workload for the courier, or as a result of events beyond the Company's control.
5.4. Claudine Skin Care will not be liable for any damages or delays if the ordered products are delivered after the number of business days specified above, and the customer will not be entitled to any remedy or compensation for this. However, if an ordered product is not delivered within the aforementioned period, the customer may cancel the order, and in this case, their charge for the order will be canceled.
5.5. The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is a person at the delivery address to receive the shipment. The customer may update the courier company and provide an alternative address or instructions on where to leave the package if no one is at the address they provided in the order.

6. Returns and Cancellations
