Return Policy
Effective Date: August 2025
This policy outlines the conditions for product returns and order cancellations, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
1. Right to Cancel and Return
Standard Cancellation Period: You may cancel an order or return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in its original, unopened packaging and has not been used or damaged.
Special Circumstances: If you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen (age 65+), or a new immigrant, you have an extended period of 4 months to cancel a remote transaction, subject to the same conditions.
2. Return Process
Condition of Products: To be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be in a "usable condition." This means they must be in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and without any damage, defect, or spoilage.
Return Costs: If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. You are also responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
Returning the Products:
You can arrange for the products to be picked up from your home by our representative, but you will be charged a shipping fee for this service.
Alternatively, you can return the products in person to the offices of Dermal Group at 159 Yigal Alon Street, Tel Aviv. You must present the original invoice for the order.
Required Documentation: You must include the original purchase invoice with your return.
3. Refunds
Refund Calculation: After we receive and inspect the returned products, your refund will be processed. The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
The amount you paid for the returned products.
Minus any shipping fees charged on the original order.
Minus any shipping fees for the return pickup (if you used this service).
Minus the cost of any products that were not returned or were not in a "usable condition."
Minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
Payment Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
Complimentary Products: You will not receive a monetary refund for any complimentary or bonus products that were returned.
4. Returns Due to Defective or Mismatched Products
If you cancel an order because of a defect or a discrepancy between the product and its description on our website, you will receive a 100% full refund for that product.
Alternatively, you may choose to receive a replacement of the same or a different product.
The full refund is contingent on you returning the product to us so we can inspect the defect or mismatch.
5. Cancellation by Claudine Skin Care / Dermal Group
We reserve the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at our sole discretion, at any time before the order has been shipped or received by you.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
You will not be charged for a canceled order. If you have already been charged, you will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
You will not have any claim or demand against us for an order that was canceled by the company.
How to Cancel:
To cancel an order, you must send a cancellation notice to us via email or phone.
